How we work
We always begin by analysing our clients’ organisational characteristics and objectives. Importantly, we also measure the development needs of the organisation’s people. In a fast, flexible and creative way we make our projections and draft the implementation plan. We provide management services to implement solutions; for example, identifying and creating communities, administering learning centres etc.

Our services
Organisational or Social Network Analysis
We identify and interpret the informal relations within the organisation; for example, trust, information sharing, collaboration, decision-making etc. and we construct social network maps to be used as a compass of change.
Community Management
We identify, launch and cultivate professional communities to develop collaboration and organisational responsiveness. Using Web 2.0 technologies we capitalise on informal conversations and relationships and extract the previously hidden, but immensely valuable, knowledge exchanged within these informal networks.
Competency management and Expertise location
We provide systems to evaluate and manage competencies within social networks and within Communities of Practice. These systems ‘tag’ people allowing others to find them easily, provide endorsement of expertise, expose networks to access knowledge and provide the basis to build individual’s reputations. We work with teams to ensure that the competencies evaluated in this way are recognised and valued by the team and management.
Solutions of informal learning
We offer mechanisms for people to learn that are integrated with the organisation’s operating processes, are easy to use and provide a positive experience for participants. Such mechanisms include ‘Edutainment’, Podcasting, and Collaborative Learning.
Learning Centre
We design and activate learning centres that integrate the formal and informal dimensions of learning. These learning centres use E-learning, collaborative learning, management of discussions, certification and Communities of Practice.
Social Networking in the organization
We construct new ways to cultivate personal and organisational networks. We bring to clients’ organisations the informal and responsive mechanisms as tested by, for example, Facebook, Linkedin, Spock etc.
Document Management 2.0
Slideshare, Del.icio.us, Youtube have changed the way in which documents are exchanged. We bring to organisationsthe same speed and participation of archiving and recovering source documents as on the Web
